I am already a MUCHO prepaid customer, can I get a mobile subscription?

Yes, of course! If you have an active MUCHO prepaid SIM card, you can opt for a mobile subscription at any time.

Here’s how to order your subscription:

  1. Select the MUCHO subscription of your choice and then start the ordering process
  2. Indicate that you want to keep your MUCHO number
  3. Validate your order with a PostCard or Credit Card or Debit Card type payment card.

Once your order has been validated, you will then need to verify your ID card and selfie, to allow us to validate this last essential security step to activate your MUCHO subscription.

When will your subscription start?

If you do not have an active prepaid pack, your subscription will be directly activated once your identity is validated. If you have an active prepaid pack, your subscription will be automatically activated once your current prepaid pack has expired by 30 days. There will be no need to change your SIM card.

Do you have any credit left on your prepaid SIM card?

When your subscription is activated, the remaining credit on your prepaid SIM card will automatically be transferred to your subscription. This means that when you pay your next bill, your remaining credit will be used to pay part or all of your bill.
