You become a MUCHO Internet customer by choosing our offers, checking if it's available at your home and ordering directly online. Once you have successfully placed your order, the activation process begins and you become a MUCHO Internet customer.
Simply order your MUCHO Internet subscription, indicating the date you want it to be activated.
Don't forget to terminate your current contract, taking into account the cancellation deadline and, if necessary, using our sample letter.
If you have a fixed-line number, please contact our customer service department before subscribing. If you terminate your landline number with your current operator without porting it, it will be lost.
Each month, you automatically receive a PDF invoice by e-mail.
