Generous offers for everyone, for real.
I switched to MUCHO in 2019. The price is very reasonable and what I get is what I need. 300 minutes to use in Switzerland and the EU - that's more than enough for me. Decent broadband internet package, I never use it all, although I listen to internet radio and use Google Maps while driving. I haven't found a better offer.
The delivery of the SIM card, the activation, the customer support by e-mail and the subsequent transfer of the phone number to the existing Mucho SIM card went so quickly, perfectly, friendly and without obstacles that I have never encountered with any other mobile provider. So I give the sixth star here: * Huge compliments to the people who make this possible behind the scenes!
Good experience with the customer service and overall service provided by MUCHO. The customer representatives are very friendly and the service is fast and easy to use for a foreigner living in Geneva. I would definitely recommend it to others! 💯
We have been in Switzerland for 1 year. MUCHO has a hassle free network, easy to set up, reliable and affordable.
This network is really fantastic. The coverage has never disappointed me, anywhere in Switzerland, even in semi-remote areas. Navigating the online account is so easy and the customer service was excellent when I had to call them for help with my new SIM card. The price is unbeatable for the service offered. Highly recommended
I lost my SIM card and needed a new one. Everything was sorted out quickly over the phone. Very competent and friendly advice!
Very competitive price and impeccable customer service on the phone, never seen elsewhere
"Geneva-based provider Mucho is the one to offer roaming at the best price for people spending two weeks of summer vacation in the European Union (EU)."
"The site compared the available rates, for 6000 megabytes of data and 120 minutes of calls in Europe, divided into four stays over twelve months. The cheapest is Mucho Mobile with 77.80 francs."
