My internet connection does not work with my connected device: how to activate MUCHO mobile services?

Some connected devices (portable GPS, Hotspot routers, Alarms, car infotainment systems, connected watches etc. require a manually configured internet connection in order to connect the device to the mobile network.

To do this, it may be necessary to manually configure the APN of the connected device. Without this, the device may not connect to the mobile network.

Here is how to connect a connected object to the MUCHO network, once your MUCHO Sim is inserted into your connected device.

  1. In the device settings, look for the connections or SIM settings menu
  2. Find the menu called “Access Point Name” (APN)
  3. Select MUCHO for the name and INTERNET for the APN
  4. Register and restart your device.

If despite these directions you are unable to connect your connected device, please contact the device vendor by showing them this message, so that they can guide you through the manual configuration specific to the device they sold you.
