Can I view my call and SMS history?

Yes you can check your call history, SMS, data usage, on your myMUCHO cockpit. To do so, we invite you to follow the following steps:

  1. Log in to your myMUCHO cockpit.
  2. Go to the “Uses”
  3. You can then filter the data to be viewed (SMS, calls, Data), as well as the desired period (up to 90 days maximum)

For a detailed extract of your retroactive account greater than 90 days, we invite you to contact us via our contact form (paid service – see Administrative fees for invoice/ statement copy)

You also have the possibility to view your transaction history (bill payments and/or top-ups) for up to three retroactive months. To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your myMUCHO cockpit.
  2. Go to the “Transaction History”
  3. You can then filter the desired period (up to 90 days maximum)
