How do I deactivate premium calls and adult services?

What is a premium call?

Premium calls are surcharged calls. They can be used to obtain specific information such as the weather, games or adult services.

These premium numbers are those beginning with 0900, 0901 or 0906.

These numbers are not included in your subscription or prepaid pack. They are therefore billed extra. Click here for a list of rates for short and special numbers in Switzerland.

How do I deactivate a premium call?

To deactivate premium calls, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your myMUCHO cockpit
2. Go to Service configuration
3. In the Block services menu, click on Modify
4. Then in Premium Calls scroll down the list and select Deactivate
5. Click on Save

Numbers beginning with 0900, 0901 and 0906 will be deactivated.

How do I disable adult services?

To deactivate adult services, please follow these steps:

1. Connectez-vous à votre cockpit myMUCHO
2. Accédez à la configuration du service
3. In the Block Services menu, click on Modify
4. Then in Access to adult content scroll down the list and select Deactivate
5. Click on Save

Numbers starting with 0906 will be deactivated.
