How do I know my mobile consumption?

You can check the status of your MUCHO mobile service at any time from your myMUCHO cockpit or by SMS.

Follow my consumption from myMUCHO

  1. Go to myMUCHO and log in to your account
  2. Click on the “Uses” heading
  3. You can then filter on “data”, “calls” or “SMS”.
  4. In the “Pack” section, you will also have a summary of your mobile service consumption and active options.

Follow my consumption by SMS

  1. You can check the status of your mobile service by sending an SMS with the text “STATUS” to N°778.
  2. You will then receive an SMS in return indicating your consumption (minutes, SMS, internet, Roaming), as well as the renewal date of your mobile service.
