Yes you can check your call history, SMS, data usage, on your myMUCHO cockpit. To do so, we invite you to follow the following steps:
- Log in to your myMUCHO cockpit.
- Go to the “Uses”
- You can then filter the data to be viewed (SMS, calls, Data), as well as the desired period (up to 90 days maximum)
For a detailed extract of your retroactive account greater than 90 days, we invite you to contact us via our contact form (paid service – see Administrative fees for invoice/ statement copy)

You also have the possibility to view your transaction history (bill payments and/or top-ups) for up to three retroactive months. To do so, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your myMUCHO cockpit.
- Go to the “Transaction History”
- You can then filter the desired period (up to 90 days maximum)
