What do I do when my ABO roaming data runs out?

Our subscriptions all contain a certain amount of roaming internet data for Europe to give you a comfortable experience while abroad. The data contained in your subscription renews itself every month.

What happens as soon as your roaming data runs out?

You are notified by SMS and your Internet Roaming service is temporarily stopped. With MUCHO, we do not charge you for roaming data without your knowledge. You are always in control. No nasty surprises at the end of the month.

Once your data runs out, you have the option to purchase an additional Roaming data option. All our Roaming options are available here.

How to add a Roaming option:

From your myMUCHO cockpit:From your myMUCHO cockpit select the appropriate option for the region of the world you’re travelling to to activate it immediately.

By SMS: Text the name of the option you want to the No. 778 number from anywhere in the world. For example, if you want to activate the Roaming option DATAMINIROAM you text the word DATAMINIROAM to #778.
