When you order your mobile subscription online, you always pay for the full month. The amount of your next bill is then set on a pro-rata basis.

So if you bought your subscription during the month you have a credit that will be deducted from your next bill, since you did not get a full month for your first month of subscription. In fact, you only used your subscription XX days out of the entire first month.

Therefore, out of the total amount of your first month’s subscription already paid, you have a credit of XX CHF on your account, which will be deducted from your next invoice.
