Conditions applicable to the MUCHO EUROPE subscription:
- A one-time activation fee of CHF35 is applied at the time of subscription.
- Subscription billing is monthly and is done at the beginning of the month including the previous month’s non-subscription usage. Payment is made automatically by the payment method selected by the customer: credit card, debit card or PostCard.
- The subscriptions are reserved for mobile, private and normal use. By “normal private use”, MUCHO means normal mobile use in connection with the use of the SIM card in a smartphone for Internet connections. For more information, you can consult our general conditions of sale in force.
- The MUCHO EUROPE Subscription is reserved for customers whose residence is in Switzerland and whose use is mostly in time from Switzerland. For more information on the restrictions applying to extended usage from Europe, consult our general sales conditions in force.
