Our MUCHO unlimited subscriptions are for mobile, private and normal use only.
We offer Top-Speed Internet with a maximum download speed of 50 Mbit/s and an upload speed of 10 Mbit/s. Video definition is 480p max. Our Internet volume is unlimited for all subscriptions or prepaid packs mentioning the notion of unlimited as long as the SIM usage respects the general sales conditions in force.
Internet speed reduction may occur exceptionally, when extreme usage that does not comply with our terms and conditions is detected.
What is compliant use of unlimited internet?
Protecting the quality of the services available to the MUCHO community is a mission that is close to our hearts.
Extreme uses, such as professional uses (e.g. mass phone calls) or uses as a replacement for fixed Internet connections (e.g. installing SIMs in routers or permanent connection sharing), jeopardize the quality of our services and are forbidden. Such misuse, once detected, is automatically translated into automatic speed limits, immediate termination of promotional prices or contract cancellations for offenders, in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale in force. When our systems detect a repeated excessive use of the SIM, which generates a consumption of data, calls or sms much higher than the average consumption represented by 90% of the other MUCHO customers, we apply quality protection measures to our entire customer community and are authorized to “temporarily de-prioritize 4G and 4G+ data traffic of customers who reach a threshold of excessive usage, by reducing data traffic during the current month to the equivalent of a 56kbps rate, without however reducing unlimited data usage. ”
