  • Prepaid ? Subscription ? Which differencies ?

Prepaid is a simple and flexible alternative to the mobile subscription: you top up if you want and then use your credit as you wish according to your needs. With this credit you pay for your calls per minute or you buy a prepaid pack for 30 days. No bills, no (bad) surprises!

To check which countries we cover and to find the specific rates for incoming and outgoing calls in effect depending on the country you are visiting, please visit muchomobile/roaming.

  • Have credit: With MUCHO you won't have any surprises when you come back from your holidays! Your roaming charges will never exceed the available credit you have on your account. If you don't have credit, you won't have roaming service.

For a total control of your roaming costs, MUCHO also offers you an AIRBAG ROAMING that you can define on your myMUCHO Cockpit. You will be able to activate a daily roaming consumption limit in CHF, activate or deactivate the roaming service, activate or not the roaming data.

Protecting your credit is a fundamental pillar of MUCHO.

By default, you have no active data while roaming. The data service is only available if you have previously activated a roaming pack.

Roaming rates are the rates applied if you use MUCHO from abroad.

Visit the roaming rates list on this site page Roaming.

When your MUCHO phone registers on a foreign network for the first time you receive for free an SMS that informs you of the roaming rates for the country where you are located. You can suspend the sending of this automatic SMS from your myMUCHO page.

How to avoid Internet Roaming costs?
