Very simple. First of all, you need an active MUCHO SIM.
If you do not yet have a MUCHO SIM, you must either order it for free online at muchomobile/freesim, or buy it from a partner point of sale.
Once in possession of your MUCHO SIM :
-> simply send YES or YES or JA or SI by SMS to N° 499 (triggering the start of the portability procedure of your number)
(the email address is on the form).
Sending us this signed form allows us to organize the portability of your number without interrupting your service on your behalf and frees you from having to deal with your current operator. Rest assured, unless you expressly request otherwise, we always respect the cancellation deadline imposed by your operator in order to avoid any cancellation fees.
Prepaid is a simple and flexible alternative to the mobile subscription: you top up if you want and then use your credit as you wish according to your needs. With this credit you pay for your calls per minute or you buy a prepaid pack for 30 days. No bills, no (bad) surprises!
What are the differences between a prepaid pack and a mobile subscription?
A MUCHO MOBILE PACK has a 30-day duration. You can interrupt the renewal of this MOBILE PACK at any time for the next term (via the myMUCHO cockpit). You are totally flexible! Why pay for a monthly abo with minutes and data for Switzerland, when you are going to Thailand for 3 weeks this winter?
No bill, no unexpected with MUCHO MOBILE. No (bad) surprises! You only use what you have topped up in advance!
