Why was I charged for the MUCHO subscription before my operator accepted the portability?

The amount paid is relative to the online purchase of your subscription.

Your subscription will only start on the date portability is activated. On your first bill, you will be refunded pro-rata for the number of unused days in your first month of subscription.
