MUCHO is dedicated to ensuring high quality service to all its users.
A customer who uses the MUCHO service in a normal way, with his or her smartphone, for private and mobile purposes, will not experience any speed reduction or even service interruption.
What is non-private use?
- For example, using the MUCHO service for mass calls (telemarketing).
- Install a permanent hotspot, permanent connection sharing or create a Wi-Fi access for your business, apartment or building for example.
- Insert your SIM into an SMS gateway to resell SMS and minutes to third parties.
What is abnormal usage?
- A usage so intense that it alone consumes more than the average consumption of 90% of the customers in the MUCHO community.
What is non-mobile usage?
- Insert the MUCHO SIM into a router to create a fixed Internet access. (for example)
- Share permanently the Internet access for his whole housing community or his whole building.
A customer who uses the MUCHO service for non-private purposes, for abnormal use or for fixed use, is in violation of the General Conditions of Use and may suffer reduced debits, removal of promotional prices acquired when purchasing the Subscription see a termination of contract.
