How do I keep my current mobile number and transfer it to MUCHO?

During the process of ordering your MUCHO SIM card, you will be able to choose to keep your current mobile number. Your SIM card will be activated once the transfer is completed, depending on the portability date you choose.

You have not yet ordered your subscription

To obtain a MUCHO SIM card and transfer your phone number, simply follow these four steps:

  1. Select the prepaid package or MUCHO subscription of your choice then enter your email address.
  2. Check “I want to keep my number”. Then type the phone number you want to keep, then select your type of number.
  3. Enter then validate your personal information.
  4. After checking your summary, click on validate my order. You will then receive your SIM card at home in just a few days.

What you need to know:

  • Your number transfer request can only be processed once your identity has been verified and your SIM card has been received at home.
  • Then, MUCHO will take care of all the formalities with your current operator, no fees will be charged. You do not need to cancel your subscription with your former operator.
  • We always respect the date of end of contract of our future customers to carry out the portability. This avoids any early termination penalties, unless you request it.
  • No network interruption will occur during the transfer. Following your portability request, you will be informed by SMS and email within 5 working days of the acceptance or rejection of your portability request by your current operator.
  • The billing of your subscription will start on the day of your portability.
  • Your myMUCHO cockpit will only be accessible once the portability has been completed.
