The Roaming rates applied are different depending on the country you are going to visit and whether it is an incoming or outgoing call, an incoming SMS (free) or an outgoing SMS (paying).

All of our subscriptions and prepaid packs include Roaming Internet. Beyond the included data and in order to avoid any bad billing overpayment, the Internet service stops following an SMS notification. However, you can activate an internet option for roaming in our Roaming section.
Incoming or outgoing calls while roaming will be charged in addition to your prepaid pack or subscription.
To activate a Roaming option, you can use one of these two methods:
- Send an SMS with the name of the chosen option to #778 (e.g. text DATAMINIROAM to #778). Check here the list of keywords.
- Or you can go to your myMUCHO cockpit and activate the option of your choice.
