My phone requires a PIN code to be unlocked, how do I do this?

The MUCHO SIM card you receive when you create your account is not locked by a PIN code. Therefore, if your phone requires a PIN code to unlock it, this comes from your phone and not from your MUCHO SIM card.

Your SIM card is in no way locked by a PIN code, so we invite you to insert it in another phone.

Unfortunately MUCHO cannot unlock your smartphone, so we invite you to contact your phone vendor.
