How can I join MUCHO, if I already have a mobile number and a subscription with another operator?

To join MUCHO and keep your number, you must first order the MUCHO subscription of your choice.

During the ordering process, you must select “keep my number” in order for it to be transferred to MUCHO.

You can select the subscription of your choice in the MUCHO subscription tab.

We will take care of requesting the transfer of your number from your current operator to MUCHO and we will confirm the exact date of portability by email and sms.

Unless you advise us otherwise, we will always respect the notice period imposed by your contract with your current operator, so that you do not have to pay early termination penalties.
