Do MUCHO subscriptions have a minimum commitment period?

At MUCHO, you are free of any commitment. All our subscription contracts have no minimum commitment period. This means that you are free to come and go whenever you want. There are no 12 or 24 month contracts at MUCHO. You can cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge, with 60 days notice for the end of a month.

Subscriptions must be cancelled by telephone on 0800 077 800 from Switzerland or +41 22 307 76 54 from outside Switzerland. Cancellations by post or email are not valid.

What you need to know:

  • Once the cancellation is scheduled, you can still use your SIM card during the 60 days notice period. And once the line has been terminated, it will no longer be permanently available and your phone number cannot be transferred.
  • If you decide to transfer your number to another operator, you do not need to cancel your MUCHO mobile subscription. Your new operator will take care of it for you.
