For internet options (e.g. PLUS1GB), the hotspot functionality is delivered by MUCHO at a maximum download speed of 100 Mbit/s and upload speed of 10 Mbit/s.
Can’t connect
The wireless network may be out of range or its signal is too weak for the phone to connect properly. Check the signal indicator to make sure you have a good connection.
Connection keeps dropping
By default, after a certain amount of time without activity, your hotspot will automatically disconnect. You can change this setting in the mobile hotspot settings of your smartphone.
The connection is in reduced speed, despite a pack or unlimited subscription
The use of our unlimited mobile subscriptions is thought for a mobile, private and normal use from a smartphone. Permanent connection sharing, installation in a router in substitution of a fixed internet connection or which consumes beyond the norm represented by the average usage consumed by 90% of our customers contravenes the current GTCs and has its speed automatically reduced.
