Can I cancel my subscription if it has not yet started? No. It is suspended until the portability request is accepted.

The subscription contract can be terminated with a notice period of 60 days by the end of a month. The termination results in the deletion of any pending portability request.

All non-subscription usage generated between the last paid invoice and the contract termination date will also be invoiced monthly until the contract termination date.

Subscriptions must be terminated by telephone (0800 077 800), full details are available in our current terms and conditions.

Cancellations by post or email are not valid.
