Can I cancel my subscription and cancel the current portability request?

The subscription contract can be terminated with a cancellation period of 60 days by the end of a month. The termination results in the deletion of the current portability request.

All non-subscription usage that has been generated between the last paid invoice and the contract termination date will also be billed monthly until the contract termination date.

Subscriptions must be terminated by telephone (0800 077 800), full details are available in our current terms and conditions.

Cancellations by post or email are not valid.
