For confidentiality reasons, we do not send invoices via email.
Invoices are filed in your customer area and only accessible on your myMUCHO cockpit.
To access your invoice, please follow these steps:
- Go to your myMUCHO cockpit.
- Go to the “Invoice” menu.
- You can then download all of your mobile invoices.
You will also be notified at the beginning of each month by text message with the amount of the invoice.
