As long as you are the owner of the mobile number that you wish to transfer to MUCHO, you simply have to download the portability form and send it back to us signed.

With this form, we will take care of requesting portability of your (non MUCHO) mobile number from your operator so that it can be transferred to your MUCHO SIM.
You do not have to take any termination steps with your current operator.
We will confirm your operator’s acceptance and the portability date as soon as it has been accepted by sms and email.
On the day of the portability date, you will just have to install your MUCHO SIM card in your phone. Your telephone number will then become active on your MUCHO SIM card.
