My SIM card is locked, where can I find my PUK code?

The PUK code is located on the back of the card that contained your MUCHO SIM card.

You just need to scratch the panel to make your PUK code appear.

If you can no longer find your SIM card, please contact our customer service.

Your PUK code is only needed once, for your first connection to your myMUCHO cockpit.
