We will promptly and willingly deliver a replacement SIM only to the holder of the SIM card declared when registering for the service. (Legal obligation and security precaution)
To do this, we must first ensure that you are the legal owner of this number, in order to avoid any attempt to impersonate you and your mobile number. In advance, please send us by email to contact@muchomobile.ch the information proving that you are the legal owner of this SIM card. Please answer the following questions:
- Number of the MUCHO SIM card you wish to replace (07X XXX XX XX)
- First and last name of the registered SIM card holder
- Delivery address
- Your date of birth
- No. of the ID you used when you purchased the SIM card. If your ID is no longer the same as the one used when you registered, we will still ask you to send us a front and back photo of your current ID, as well as a selfie of you WITH your ID.
- Contact phone number (in case of delivery concerns)
This replacement SIM service costs CHF 20.- and includes shipping.
If you have a prepaid SIM card, please make sure you have at least CHF 20.00 credit on your account. Otherwise, we invite you to recharge your mobile number on our MUCHO recharge page with your credit card or to recharge your mobile number in cash from a SBB/FFS/FFS train ticket machine, or finally, you have the option to send us a photograph of a CHF 20. 00.
If you have a subscription, this amount of CHF 20.00 will be added to your next bill.
Once all the information has been verified, you will receive your replacement SIM card with your MUCHO number quickly by A mail.
