If you want to order a MUCHO SIM card and keep your current phone number, you don’t have to take any cancellation steps with your current operator. Simply order the mobile subscription or the prepaid pack of your choice and select “keep my number”.
We will then arrange for your number to be ported to your previous operator. You will be notified of the acceptance and portability date by email and SMS.
On the date your number is transferred your subscription with your previous operator will be automatically terminated.
