How do I get a pack for my child?

You can register your child in your name in just a few minutes online! You will then receive your free SIM card at your door a few days later. Once you receive it, all you have to do is insert it into your child's new smartphone. MUCHO Easy

What do I do if my child has used up his pack?

Before his pack expires, your child will receive a notification by SMS to warn him. You also have the possibility of following his consumption from the myMUCHO cockpit and easily add 1GB or 5GB according to your child's needs.

How does the renewal of my child's pack work?

With this promotion, you get a 50% discount for the first month. Your child's pack will be automatically topped up every month. You can deactivate the automatic renewal at any time from your myMUCHO account.
