What is a premium call?<\/h2>\n

Premium calls are surcharged calls. They can be used to obtain specific information such as the weather, games or adult services.<\/p>\n

These premium numbers are those beginning with 0900, 0901 or 0906.<\/p>\n

These numbers are not included in your subscription or prepaid pack. They are therefore billed extra. Click here for a list of rates for short and special numbers in Switzerland<\/a>.<\/p>\n

How do I deactivate a premium call?<\/h2>\n

To deactivate premium calls, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Log in to your myMUCHO cockpit<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Go to Service configuration<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. In the Block services<\/strong> menu, click on Modify<\/i><\/li>\n
  4. Then in Premium Calls<\/strong> scroll down the list and select Deactivate<\/i><\/li>\n
  5. Click on Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Numbers beginning with 0900, 0901 and 0906 will be deactivated.<\/p>\n

    How do I disable adult services?<\/h2>\n

    To deactivate adult services, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n

    1. Connectez-vous \u00e0 votre cockpit myMUCHO<\/a><\/li>\n
    2. Acc\u00e9dez \u00e0 la configuration du service<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. In the Block Services<\/strong> menu, click on Modify<\/i><\/li>\n
    4. Then in Access to adult content<\/strong> scroll down the list and select Deactivate<\/i><\/li>\n
    5. Click on Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Numbers starting with 0906 will be deactivated.<\/p>\n
