La premi\u00e8re facture est particuli\u00e8re puisqu&rsquo;elle tient compte des frais d&rsquo;achat de votre abonnement d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9gl\u00e9s lors de votre achat en ligne. Cette facture vous est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e en d\u00e9but de mois, cons\u00e9cutivement au d\u00e9marrage de votre abonnement. Tant que votre abonnement n&rsquo;a pas d\u00e9marr\u00e9, vous ne recevez pas encore de premi\u00e8re facture.<\/p>\n<h3>Votre premi\u00e8re facture comprend les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<\/h3>\n<div>\n<ol>\n<li>Vos frais d\u2019activation uniques et la premi\u00e8re mensualit\u00e9 de votre abo (d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9gl\u00e9 lors de la commande de votre abonnement).<\/li>\n<li>Votre abonnement du deuxi\u00e8me mois factur\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019avance.<\/li>\n<li>Votre usage hors abo \u00e9ventuel du mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent (par exemple : appels vers l\u2019international, appels en Roaming, ajout d\u2019une option Roaming, etc).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<p><p><strong>Nous vous pr\u00e9sentons ici un exemple de facturation fictif qui correspond \u00e0 un client ayant d\u00e9marr\u00e9 son abo le 2 septembre (en cours de mois) et ayant eu des appels internationaux depuis la Suisse (hors abo).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Voici les 7 \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans cette premi\u00e8re facture:<\/u><\/p>\n<div>\n<ol>\n<li>La premi\u00e8re mensualit\u00e9 hors promo au pro-rata soit CHF 47.20 (C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire 2\/30e de CHF 49.90)<\/li>\n<li>Votre mensualit\u00e9 du 2\u00e8me mois factur\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019avance soit CHF 49.90.<\/li>\n<li>Votre usage hors abo \u00e9ventuel du mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent (dans cet exemple : CHF 29.30)<\/li>\n<li>Les frais de d\u2019activations uniques de CHF 35.<\/li>\n<li>Le montant de la promotion de la premi\u00e8re mensualit\u00e9 abo au pro-rata (dans cet exemple \u2013 CHF 28.37).<\/li>\n<li>Le montant de la promotion de la deuxi\u00e8me mensualit\u00e9 (dans cet exemple \u2013 CHF 30.00).<\/li>\n<li>La somme d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9gl\u00e9e lors de votre achat en ligne en votre faveur d\u00e9duite du montant total de la facture (frais d\u2019activations + une mensualit\u00e9 compl\u00e8te avec promotion soit CHF 54.90)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<p>Ainsi votre premi\u00e8re facture sera de CHF 48.13.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/muchomobile.ch\/uploads\/components\/first_bill_abo.jpg\" alt=\"Votre premi\u00e8re facture mobile avec MUCHO\" width=\"70%\"><\/p>\n<p>??
