You can check the status of your MUCHO mobile service at any time from your myMUCHO cockpit or by SMS.<\/p>\n

  1. Go to myMUCHO<\/a> and log in to your account<\/li>\n
  2. Click on the \u00ab\u00a0Uses\u00a0\u00bb heading<\/li>\n
  3. You can then filter on \u00ab\u00a0data\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0calls\u00a0\u00bb or \u00ab\u00a0SMS\u00a0\u00bb. <\/li>\n
  4. In the \u00ab\u00a0Pack\u00a0\u00bb section, you will also have a summary of your mobile service consumption and active options.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    Follow my consumption by SMS<\/h3>\n

    1. You can check the status of your mobile service by sending an SMS with the text \u00ab\u00a0STATUS\u00a0\u00bb to N\u00b0778. <\/li>\n
    2. You will then receive an SMS in return indicating your consumption (minutes, SMS, internet, Roaming), as well as the renewal date of your mobile service.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
