Proporcionarle un servicio transparente es importante para MUCHO. La primera factura es especial porque tiene en cuenta los costes de compra de su abono ya pagados cuando compr\u00f3 en l\u00ednea. Esta factura se le presenta a principios de mes, tras el inicio de su suscripci\u00f3n. Mientras su suscripci\u00f3n no haya comenzado, a\u00fan no recibir\u00e1 su primera factura.<\/p>\n

Su primera factura incluye lo siguiente:<\/h3>\n
\n
    \n
  1. Su cuota \u00fanica de activaci\u00f3n y la primera mensualidad de su suscripci\u00f3n (ya pagada cuando pidi\u00f3 su suscripci\u00f3n). <\/li>\n
  2. Su segundo mes de abono facturado por adelantado.<\/li>\n
  3. Su uso excluyendo cualquier abo del mes anterior (por ejemplo, llamadas internacionales, llamadas en Roaming, a\u00f1adir una opci\u00f3n de Roaming, etc). <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    Aqu\u00ed tienes un ejemplo de facturaci\u00f3n ficticio correspondiente a un cliente que inici\u00f3 su abono el 2 de septiembre (durante el mes) y tuvo llamadas internacionales desde Suiza (excluyendo el abono). <\/strong><\/p>\n

    Estos son los 7 elementos que se presentan en esta primera factura:<\/u><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. La primera mensualidad excluyendo la promoci\u00f3n prorrateada, es decir, 47,20 CHF (es decir, 2\/30 partes de 49,90 CHF)<\/li>\n
    2. Su mensualidad del 2\u00ba mes facturada por adelantado, es decir, 49,90 CHF.<\/li>\n
    3. Su consumo excluyendo el abo del mes anterior (en este ejemplo: 29 CHF. 30)<\/li>\n
    4. La cuota \u00fanica de activaci\u00f3n de 35 CHF.<\/li>\n
    5. El importe de la promoci\u00f3n para el primer mes de suscripci\u00f3n prorrateada (en este ejemplo – 28,37 CHF).<\/li>\n
    6. El importe de la promoci\u00f3n para el segundo mes de suscripci\u00f3n (en este ejemplo – 30,00 CHF). <\/li>\n
    7. El importe ya abonado en el momento de la compra online a su favor se deduce del importe total de la factura (cuota de activaci\u00f3n + una mensualidad completa con promoci\u00f3n, es decir, 54,90 CHF)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

      As\u00ed, su primera factura ser\u00e1 de 48,13 CHF.<\/p>\n

      ?? Si el importe de tu primera factura es a tu favor, el saldo restante se trasladar\u00e1 al mes siguiente. <\/p>\n

      A partir de su segunda factura, s\u00f3lo se le facturar\u00e1 el consumo del mes anterior y la cuota de abono del mes siguiente.<\/p>\n
