In border areas, it may happen that your phone switches to Roaming network in the neighboring country.<\/p>\n

To avoid this, we recommend you to disable data roaming (or data abroad) in your phone settings.<\/p>\n

To do this, just follow these steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Go to your phone settings. <\/li>\n
  2. Select your phone’s internet settings.<\/li>\n
  3. In the options click on disable data roaming.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    This way, your phone will stay on the Swiss network and will not be able to connect while roaming. You can reactivate this option at any time when traveling abroad.<\/p>\n
