If you have requested a new number, your SIM card will be activated as soon as you have received your card and your registration has been validated. <\/p>\n

In case of portability, the subscription will start at the latest on the desired portability date as long as it is accepted by your current operator according to the duration of the contract between you and them. <\/p>\n

If you wish to start immediately, without waiting for the date of portability of your mobile number, this is entirely possible. To do this, request the immediate start of the subscription via the contact form<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In other (rare) cases where a subscription would remain in successive failures of portability acceptance for more than 30 days, the subscription starts with the delivered MUCHO number, at the latest on 31 days after the conclusion of the subscription. <\/p>\n
