Entregaremos r\u00e1pidamente y de buena gana una SIM de sustituci\u00f3n s\u00f3lo al titular de la tarjeta SIM declarada al registrarse en el servicio. (obligaci\u00f3n legal)<\/p>\n

Para ello, primero tenemos que asegurarnos de que usted es el titular legal de este n\u00famero, para evitar cualquier intento de suplantaci\u00f3n. De antemano, env\u00edenos un correo electr\u00f3nico a contact@muchomobile.ch con la informaci\u00f3n que demuestre que usted es el propietario legal de esta tarjeta SIM, seg\u00fan los datos que figuran en los documentos de registro de la tarjeta SIM:<\/p>\n

  1. Apellido y nombre<\/li>\n
  2. Direcci\u00f3n<\/li>\n
  3. Nombre que figura en el buz\u00f3n, si el suyo no est\u00e1 en \u00e9l.<\/li>\n
  4. Su fecha de nacimiento<\/li>\n
  5. N\u00famero del documento de identidad que utiliz\u00f3 al comprar la tarjeta SIM. Si tu DNI ya no es el mismo que el que utilizaste al registrarte, igualmente te pediremos que nos env\u00edes una foto de las dos caras de tu DNI actual, as\u00ed como un selfie tuyo CON tu DNI.<\/li>\n
  6. N\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono de contacto (en caso de problemas de entrega)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    Podemos enviarte una SIM de sustituci\u00f3n con el mismo n\u00famero y cr\u00e9dito restante a tu domicilio. Este servicio de sustituci\u00f3n de la SIM tiene un coste de 20,00 CHF e incluye los gastos de env\u00edo.<\/p>\n

    Si tiene una suscripci\u00f3n, este importe se a\u00f1adir\u00e1 a su factura mensual.<\/p>\n

    Si tiene una SIM de prepago, aseg\u00farese de que tiene al menos 20,00 CHF de cr\u00e9dito en su cuenta. Tambi\u00e9n puede enviarnos un c\u00f3digo de recarga de 20,00 CHF para que podamos cobrar el importe antes de enviar la tarjeta SIM. Alternativamente, puedes recargar tu cuenta directamente en l\u00ednea desde la secci\u00f3n de recargas de nuestro sitio web<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    Una vez verificada toda la informaci\u00f3n, recibir\u00e1s tu SIM de reemplazo r\u00e1pidamente por A Mail.<\/p>\n
