La definici\u00f3n de v\u00eddeo es de 480p como m\u00e1ximo. Nuestro volumen de Internet es ilimitado para todos los abonos o packs de prepago que mencionen la noci\u00f3n de ilimitado siempre que la utilizaci\u00f3n de la SIM respete las condiciones generales de venta en vigor.<\/p>\n<p>La reducci\u00f3n de la velocidad de Internet puede ocurrir excepcionalmente, cuando se detecta un uso extremo que no cumple con nuestros t\u00e9rminos y condiciones.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el uso conforme de internet ilimitado?<\/h2>\n<p>Proteger la calidad de los servicios disponibles para la comunidad de MUCHO es una misi\u00f3n que nos interesa mucho.<\/p>\n<p>Los usos extremos, como los usos profesionales (por ejemplo, las llamadas telef\u00f3nicas masivas) o los usos en sustituci\u00f3n de las conexiones fijas a Internet (por ejemplo, la instalaci\u00f3n de SIM en routers o el uso compartido de la conexi\u00f3n permanente), ponen en peligro la calidad de nuestros servicios y est\u00e1n prohibidos. Este uso indebido, una vez detectado, se traduce autom\u00e1ticamente en la limitaci\u00f3n de la velocidad, la finalizaci\u00f3n inmediata de los precios promocionales o la anulaci\u00f3n del contrato para los infractores, de acuerdo con las condiciones generales de venta vigentes.
