Votre carte SIM sera activ\u00e9e une fois le transfert effectu\u00e9, selon la date de portabilit\u00e9 que vous aurez choisi.<\/p>\n<h2>Vous n&rsquo;avez pas encore command\u00e9 votre abonnement<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pour obtenir une carte SIM MUCHO et transf\u00e9rer votre num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, il vous suffit de suivre les quatre \u00e9tapes suivantes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e9lectionnez le <a href=\"https:\/\/muchomobile.ch\/prepaid\">pack pr\u00e9pay\u00e9<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/muchomobile.ch\/abo\">l\u2019abonnement MUCHO<\/a> de votre choix puis saisissez votre adresse email.<\/li>\n<li> Cochez \u00abJe veux garder mon num\u00e9ro \u00bb. Tapez ensuite le num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone que vous souhaitez conserver, puis s\u00e9lectionnez votre type de num\u00e9ro.<\/li>\n<li>Saisissez puis validez vos informations personnelles.<\/li>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s avoir v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 votre r\u00e9capitulatif, cliquez sur valider ma commande. Vous recevrez ensuite votre carte SIM chez vous en quelques jours seulement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Ce que vous devez savoir :<\/h3>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Votre demande de transfert de num\u00e9ro ne peut \u00eatre trait\u00e9e qu&rsquo;une fois votre identit\u00e9 v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e et votre carte SIM re\u00e7ue \u00e0 votre domicile.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuite, MUCHO s\u2019occupera de toutes les formalit\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s de votre op\u00e9rateur actuel, aucun frais ne vous sera factur\u00e9. Vous n\u2019avez pas besoin de r\u00e9silier votre abonnement avec votre ancien op\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n<li>Nous responctons toujours la date de fin de contrat de nos futurs clients pour effectuer la portabilit\u00e9. Vous \u00e9vitez ainsi toute p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 de r\u00e9siliation anticip\u00e9e, sauf sur demande de votre part.<\/li>\n<li>Aucune interruption de r\u00e9seau n\u2019aura lieu lors du transfert.
