BeeOne Communications SA, a Swiss telecommunication operator based in Geneva, specialized in international
prepaid telecommunication services, in order to strengthen its Product Team and to ensure the continuous
execution of the product quality and profitability, is looking for a Product & Pricing Manager Junior.
We are seeking an ambitious, bright, forward-thinking Product & Pricing Manager Junior to join our Product
department. The Product & Pricing Manager Junior will report to the Head of Product and collaborate with the
other departments. She/he will manage projects related to product improvements, configuration and pricing in
order to help BeeOne to grow from a service provider to a FULL MVNO.
Role and responsibilities
The Product & Pricing Manager will have a role in the following areas: « PRODUCT – CONTINUOUS QUALITY
IMPROVEMENT », « PRODUCT CONFIGURATION AND TESTING », « PRICING ».
PRODUCT – CONTINUOUS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT
The Product & Pricing Manager will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the product quality.
o Provides first class PRODUCT support to the Customer Care team
(main spoc of the customer care), analyse the issue and fix the product issues within the corporate
MTTR KPIs (e.g lost functionalities to be fixed, logs analysis, customer care misunderstanding).
o Analyse each customer issue raised by the Customer Care and submit value added
product/process quality improvements.
o Responsible to keep the Product Management Procedures documentation continuously
updated to ensure effortless handover within the product team.
o Train the customer service agents to make them 100% autonomous to answer end customer
o Continuously improves with new use cases resolution in order to improve the customer care
service (Customer Care documentation and FAQ updates).
PRODUCT CONFIGURATION and TESTING
The Product & Pricing Manager will be in charge of the product configuration and testing:
o Implement and test the agreed product specification via configuration of internal tools or via
management of third party vendors, following the company documentation and checklist.
o Manage the supplier and platforms acting as SPOC (WEB, APP, CTI vendors)
o Perform product validation to confirm the alignment of the product delivery with the product
specification (Product test manager). Testing Telco releases, SIM validation, Software testing (APP and
o Respect and improve product configuration and testing procedure
The Product & Pricing Manager will be in charge of the pricing duties:
o Report the pricing performance according to company reporting schedule (monthly)
o Analyze the pricing performance report and alert the management when traffic pattern
change or margin variation versus company target or competitor pricing change
o Propose pricing adjustment to align with the assigned Margin Target (based on the CostModel of
the product) or proposes pricing model changes.
o Implement new pricing in the production system (operation)
o Test after the pricing implementation
o Document the pricing changes and update the pricing process.
. Study level:
o Engineering Degree in Computer Science
o Web Development Coding experience of 3 years on HTML, Java, CMS
o Advanced level on Business cases modelling on Excel, Access
o Advanced level on Statistics, data analytics on SQL, Excel modeling
· Languages: English, French, written and spoken level B2 minimum; German is a plus.

o Able to simplify for non-technical audience
o Able to document clearly in order to be understood by vendor support

o External relations: Telco platform vendor, WEB, APP developers
